- Our deferred compensation plan: This is also known as the Golden
Handcuff Plan and is unheard of in the collision industry. THREE-C is the first shop
known to offer a plan like this to the technicians. We currently have 15 of our key staff
on this plan, the fund is paid 100% by THREE-C and is similar to a 401K retirement. We pay
a fee for each employee in the plan quarterly--the money is deposited in an account set up
for you. At retirement age you will be paid out $25,000 per year.
