Yes, we use high-tech paint matching cameras and blending to ensure the paint color of your vehicle is directly matched.

If the frame of my vehicle is damaged, is it a total loss?

No, once we take a full inspection of your vehicle we will be able to determine if it is a total loss or can be repaired.

Can you get a ride home if you drop your vehicle?

Yes, we can provide you with one of our rental vehicles or help you get a ride home.

Can you get an at home or virtual estimate for my vehicle repair?

Yes, if you visit our website you can submit one of our online request forms. Our estimators will then be in contact with you ASAP about your next steps.

What do you repair?

We repair cars and trucks for collision repairs. This can include windshield, paint jobs and more if your vehicle was involved in an accident. If you are unsure if we provide the service, you can give us a call at 614-215-9964 and we will let you know!

Getting an estimate on my vehicle

Are there charges for a written estimate?

No, we provide free estimates for our potential customers.

Do you need to make an appointment to get an estimate?

No, you can bring your car by at a time that works best for you during our business hours. Please note that if we are with another customer at that time there could be a small wait. If you prefer an appointment, call us at 614-215-9964 and we will get you in our schedule!

Having your Vehicle in the Shop

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

After we write an estimate on your vehicle, insurance needs to review it prior to providing a targeted delivery date.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes, a limited lifetime warranty.

How will you know when your vehicle is completed?

We will communicate with you twice weekly (or more if needed) throughout your cars journey in our shop. Once your vehicle is ready for pick up you will receive a call.

Can you get additional work done on your vehicle while in the shop?

Yes, we can do additional body work and also have a full mechanical staff.

Yes, you should so the claim will move faster in the beginning.

Do you need to pay a deductible?

Yes, if you are the insured. The deductible is the amount of money due to the shop doing the repairs.

What happens if my vehicle is deemed a total loss?

Your insurance will settle with you and with us. Our staff can assist you during that process. Please contact us we can help.

Rental car while your vehicle is in the shop

Rental Cars - Do I get a vehicle to drive if my vehicle is in the shop?

You need to review your insurance coverage to see if you have rental car coverage.

Do your repair shops provide rental cars?

Yes, our shops have our own fleet of rental cars we can provide to our customers during the time their car is in the shop.

Preparing your Vehicle after your collision repair

Do you provide quality checks after the repair is completed?

Yes, we have a quality control department that will review your vehicle before returning it to you.

Do you clean the vehicle once the collision repair is completed?

Yes, we wash and clean your vehicle before returning it to the customer.

Picking your vehicle up at the shop

Who is responsible for payment to the repair shop?

You and your Insurance company.

What forms of payment do the repair shops accept?

Cash, Credit Cards and Insurance checks.

Can you wash or wax your repaired vehicle?

Please wait 30 days for any brush style washes.
