Three-C Body Shop Mission
At Three-C Body Shop, our mission is to improve all aspects of collision repair including quality, production efficiency, safety, public image and intervening with insurance companies on our clients’ behalf in order to best meet the needs of our customers.
You may not be an expert on auto body repair or car accident towing or what to do after a car accident in general. But Three-C Body Shop is, and we care about you and your car. Here are some tips on what to do when you may need collision repair services:
Your car is the second largest investment you’re likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally and correctly to the highest standard.
Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your vehicle at our body shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the car here.
You are not required by Ohio law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Insurance companies cannot require you to go to a particular body shop (although insurance companies will try hard to do so).
Difference in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you’ve received, please ask us.
Choose a body shop that has unibody repair equipment and certified (by I-CAR or ASE, for example) technicians.
Ask if the body shop will be using genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.
Ask if the body shop offers a repair warranty.
Let us help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
